DUPLICATE MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATES

Duplicate membership certificates are available to members.  There is a $150 preparation charge per certificate.  To obtain duplicate certificates, please send a request to the address below.  Upon receipt of your request, certificate preparation will be ordered and you should receive your certificate(s) within no more than four weeks (probably sooner).
