All members are listed in the Member Directory by name, city and state.  Members may elect the Expanded Directory Listing as shown below.

Members have the option of including the following additional Directory information (Expanded Listing)

• Firm name
• Active link to member’s Firm Website
• Areas of Practice description -  objective statement of areas of practice (e.g. - personal injury, medical malpractice, railroad law, traumatic brain injuries, business litigation, antitrust, product liability, etc). 200 character limit
• Expanded information is fully searchable - for example, find all members in California (or Los Angeles) whose practice areas include Medical Malpractice or Personal Injury, etc

The expanded listing is optional for members. No annual or other dues or fees are required for members to maintain their membership status.

Expanded Directory Listing Annual Fee: $500.  

After one year, you will receive an emailed renewal invoice.  If you chose to renew, the invoice may be paid online by credit card.  If you do not chose to renew the Expanded Directory Listing, the standard listing will resume.  There will be no automatic renewal charged to your credit card.  You may edit your Profile information at any time during the listing period and the listing will be updated (firm name, address, practice areas, website, etc).

If you are NOT PRESENTLY A MEMBER (and are applying for membership) 

When completing your membership Application (Million Dollar Advocates Forum or Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum) simply complete the application form which includes the Expanded Directory Listing.

TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION  - 1 Year Subscription $500. 

Members may have their firm name, firm website link and statement of areas of practice added to the Member List as described above for a fee of $500 per year. Million Dollar Advocates Forum (MDAF) will add and maintain such information and link for a period of one year, commencing with the date the link is added and activated. 

Modifications/ Changes Allowed. If the member wishes to modify such information during the subscription, he or she may do so without additional charge by editing the Member Profile on this website. 

Renewal By Member Optional. Prior to the expiration of the one year subscription period MDAF will notify the member of the approaching expiration date by email. The member may then renew or not renew the subscription. If not renewed, the listing will expire and the firm name, firm website link and statement of areas of practice information will be removed from the Member List. Refunds. 

If for any reason MDAF chooses to discontinue such optional firm website listing service, it may do so and will refund to the member a pro rated refund of the amount paid based on the time remaining on the member's paid subscription.

Miscellaneous. MDAF may from time to time alter the appearance of such listings (typeface, style, color, layout, etc) in its discretion to improve the appearanc”e or function of the member list. Any liability of MDAF for listing errors (i.e.- firm name spelling, website address, etc) is limited to the cost of the subscription. Member agrees to review his or her listing after it is added and advise MDAF if any corrections are necessary.  By choosing to participate in the optional website link service and sending such payment to MDAF, the member accepts these terms.
