USE OF LOGOS AND TRADEMARKS BY MEMBERS (SAMPLE LOGO FILES & GRAPHICS)

Members may use the logos and graphics found on this page to indicate their status as members.  Such trademarks may be directly copied or downloaded from this page and used on members' own

  • website pages
  • letterhead
  • email signatures
  • business cards
  • advertising
  • and in any other manner which is permitted by Rules of Professional Conduct applicable to such member

All such use is limited by the Terms of Use set forth below

Important Notes

  • If you are using the logos for cards, letterhead or other printed or engraved uses your printer will want to see the high resolution "vector" files on this page.  Also, your website designer may wish to use such "vector" files for specific applications or highest resolution.
  • We provide these logo and graphics files for the convenience of members. Some of these files may be directly copied and added to member websites.  Depending on your intended use, you may wish to consult a graphic designer, website designer or printer to prepare exactly the appearance or file type needed.  MDAF does not provide graphic services or technical assistance.  Your consultant should be able to prepare whatever type or appearance of application needed from the files available on this page.
  • Members may add a link to the logos so that the logo (if clicked) goes to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum website (www.milliondollaradvocates.com).  We have not added the link to the logos since some members may not want to do so.
  • Any use of such trademarks by a member must comply with rules of professional conduct applicable in the jurisdiction(s) in which the member practices.

TERMS OF USE 

"Million Dollar Advocates Forum"®, "The Top Trial Lawyers in America"®, "Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum"® and the circular logos and graphics which appear on this page are trademarks owned by Million Dollar Advocates Forum, LLC.   Members may use such logos, graphic designs and  trademarks (hereinafter referred to as Trademarks) to indicate their membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and/or Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum only upon the following terms:                                              

  • Use of such trademarks is restricted solely to current members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and/or the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Any use by attorneys who are not current members shall be considered a serious violation of rules of professional conduct and will be referred to appropriate state bar associations or other applicable regulatory agencies regulating the practice of law.

  • Such trademarks may not be used in any manner which indicates or implies that the user is acting on behalf of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum or the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

  • Only members of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum may use any such trademark in any manner which states or implies membership in such group.

  • Such trademarks may not be used in any manner which indicates or implies that the Million Dollar Advocates Forum or the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum endorses any product, firm or attorney.

  • Such trademarks may be used on letterhead, business cards, email, website, yellow page ads and other advertising and professional communications in any manner consistent with these terms of use to indicate that an attorney is a member (or a "Life Member") of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum or the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

  • If any such trademark appears on a communication which includes attorneys other than the member (such as a firm website, advertisement or letterhead), it must indicate which attorneys in the group are members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum or the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  That is, the communication may not imply that all attorneys in the group are members if they are not. Similarly, the communication may not imply that the firm itself is a member (firms may not be members, only individual attorneys)

  • Permission to use such trademarks in any manner, and the terms of such use, are subject to change or revocation at any time by the Million Dollar Advocates Forum or the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum upon reasonable notice to members. Use must be consistent with reasonable standards of a professional organization.

  • Members may not use any such trademarks in any manner in television advertising without specific written permission of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Permission for any such use, and the terms thereof, is solely within the discretion of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Contact MDAF if you require a copy of our terms and agreement for television advertising.

  • The logo may be scanned or copied from this page, other Million Dollar Advocates Forum materials or recreated. The member may not alter the essential appearance or content of the logo, however it may be graphically altered or redrawn to change its size, or to add graphic effects such as shading or shadow in a manner consistent with a professional organization.

  • A member may place the circular logo adjacent to the words "Million Dollar Advocates Forum", "Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum", "The Top Trial Lawyers in America", "member", "life member", or similar  words to indicate membership status.

  • Any use of such trademarks by a member must comply with rules of professional conduct applicable in the jurisdiction(s) in which the member practices.

Subject to these terms, an individual who is a member in good standing of the Bar may use such trademarks to identify himself or herself as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum or the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Million Dollar Advocates Forum does not provide artwork or graphics to members for such purposes, other than as stated on this page.


Proper use of the phrase: "The Top Trial Lawyers in America"

  • “The Top Trial Lawyers in America” is a registered trademark of Million Dollar Advocates Forum and refers to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Members are authorized to use that phrase in referring to their membership.  For example: stating that they are a “member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, The Top Trial Lawyers in America®”.  Members should not refer to themselves as "members" of the Top Trial Lawyers in America or represent that they are (for example) "one of the Top Trial Lawyers in America", etc.  The phrase is properly used to describe the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and not as a description of a separate membership.

SAMPLE LOGO FILES & GRAPHICS

The following logos and graphics are .gif images (useful for websites).  They may be directly copied and used by members subject to the above terms. 

  


 

PRINTING FILES  (Vector Format)

The following logo files are high resolution (vector) files of the type often required for printed materials.  You may require specialized graphics software to open them.  From such vector files, virtually all other file types and formats for various applications may be made.


Please note: MDAF offers these logo files and graphics for use by members.  We do not offer technical advice or support with regard to using such files.  Depending on your intended use of the logo or other trademarks (website, printed materials, etc), you may need to consult a graphic designer, printer, web designer or other person for assistance.

.GIF LOGOS

The following .gif logos are in various sizes and background colors for the convenience of members.  If you require different sizes or background colors, your web designer, graphics consultant or printer will wish to use the "vector" versions of the logo files which appear on this page.  From such vector files, all other types and sizes of files may be made.

       


       

PROFESSIONAL CARDS

Members are authorized to use the organization logos on their professional cards, subject to the general terms of logo use stated herein.  Examples of such logo use are as follows (although members are not limited to such styles):
